Man 'exposes himself' in front of schoolgirls in Bridlington

Police are visiting schools in Bridlington after reports of a man "outraging public decency" by exposing himself in front of young girls. Children between the age of 12 and 14 have reported seeing a man exposing himself and acting indecently. The first incident happened at 4.10pm on Monday, January 12, on New Pasture Lane Bridge. The second episode happened at 3.40pm on Tuesday, January 13, near Westgate Park, Main Road. And a third reported incident happened five minutes later on Tuesday, January 13, near to Bowling Green Park. A spokeswoman for Humberside Police said: "Officers are appealing for witnesses following three reports of a man outraging public decency in Bridlington over the past few days. "None of the girls were approached by the man or hurt in anyway. "The Neighbourhood Policing Team are visiting schools in the area to provide reassurance and advice to children and parents." Anyone with information should call Humberside Police on 101, quoting log 400 of January 12, 2015.
