Detectives have released an image of the car a missing Bridlington man was last seen driving.
Damion Vernon, 32, has been missing since he is believed to have driven to Wakefield on December 8.
Police now believe Mr Vernon took the A164 route to Howden before joining the M62.
The car, a 2001 Vauxhall Corsa, was later spotted entering Wakefield on the A638 Doncaster Road before turning right into Elm Tree Street.
After taking a left into Sycamore Street, police say he left his vehicle and walked towards an alleyway between a row of houses.
He was expected to return to his home in Bridlington but is yet to do so - almost a month on.
Matthew Baldwin, detective chief inspector at Humberside Police, said: "I am keen for any information from people who may have witnessed this vehicle along this journey, but who have not put the missing person enquiry together with it.
"Someone must have seen this vehicle travelling between Bridlington and Wakefield on December 8 and I am asking for them to call us with any information they may have."
Anyone with information should call Humberside Police on 101, quoting log 438 of December 9.
