East Yorkshire charity Osprey, which funds research into the brittle bone disease Osteoporosis, is celebrating its 21st anniversary year in 2013 with a number of high profile events, starting with its annual Valentine's Ball on Saturday, February 9 at the Mercure Grange Park Hotel in Willerby.
Guests will enjoy a four-course meal, plus coffee, with dancing to sixties tribute band Kinked and a disco.

The charity, whose patrons include Lady Pauline Prescott, has raised more than £1.5 million since its formation in 1992, plans to mark its special birthday with a 21st Anniversary Dinner at the Hallmark Hotel, North Ferriby, on Saturday June 29.
Since it was founded in 1992, Osprey has equipped the Centre for Metabolic Bone Disease at Hull Royal Infirmary with the most up-to-date bone density scanners used for diagnosing and monitoring osteoporosis and has also funded several research studies at the University of Hull.
