Hull Stingrays have signed American forward Matt Larke for the 2014/15 Elite League campaign.
The 26-year-old native of Oxford, Michigan, split last season in the Central Hockey League with Rapid City Rush and Tulsa Oilers.
Larke posted 17 points in 46 games for Rapid City and nine points in 12 regular-season and play-off outings for Tulsa.
He has spent the past five seasons in the CHL, making 208 appearances in total and accumulating 129 points and has also iced for Dayton Gems and Bloomington Blaze.
Rapid Solicitors Stingrays player-coach Omar Pacha said: "Matt is a really good two-way player. He is really fast and his speed is one of his biggest strengths.
"He has a quick shot and he is going to be good on the powerplay and penalty kill."
Larke joins Pacha, Carl Lauzon, Matty Davies, Zach Hervato, David Brown, Yan Turcotte, Sam Towner, Dominic Osman and Jamie Chilcott on next season's roster.
