Cameron Stewart's fears of a long-term injury lay-off have been allayed after a scan on his knee.
It had been feared the Hull City winger - who featured against Grimsby Town on Friday night - had seriously damaged the same knee that kept him out for eight months in 2011. But scans on his knee yesterday ruled him out for just four to six weeks with minor ligament damage. Assistant manager Steve Agnew said: "It's not as bad as we first thought." Stewart has been told he can leave the KC this summer and has been linked with a move to Charlton Athletic.↧
