GREG Eden put his Etihad nightmare behind him with a hat-trick to help Rovers beat Catalan 22-21 in Toulouse.
In a game that ebbed and flowed right from the start, Rovers had to weather a Dragon's storm in the latter stages as they looked for the score that would win them the game.
Eden opened the scoring in the fourth minute with a try. Josh Hodgson scored five minutes later to give KR a dream start leading 12-0 after 10 minutes.
Kevin Larroyer, Frederic Vaccari and Vincent Duport all scored but Thomas Bosc missed each conversion to leave it 12-12. Bosc's drop goal gave the Dragons, who had three tries ruled out by the video ref, a slender 13-12 lead at the break. Bosc converted a penalty to make it 15-12 as they looked to control the game.
But back came the Robins with Eden's second try before Duport went over for his second with nine minutes remaining. But back came KR and Eden sealed the win and his hat-trick diving over in the right hand corner to seal a brilliant win.
