A man has been flown to hospital following a crash in the Pocklington area this morning.
The accident involved a white Ford Transit van and a white Citroen estate panel van just before 7.30am on the A614 in Middleton-on-the-Wolds.
The man, 44, was taken to Hull Royal Infirmary by air ambulance but his injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.
The A614 Middleton Road was closed in both directions between the Goodmanham Road junction and Shiptonthorpe Roundabout.
Police remained on the scene to allow investigations to take place and the road reopened at around 12.15pm.
