THREE Hull FC players are pulling pints and serving customers at an Avenues pub this evening.
Rugby league stars Tom Lineham, Kirk Yeaman and Mark Minichiello will be waiting on diners and serving drinks at Garbutts between 6.30pm and 8.30pm.
Tom Thorp, the bar's manager, said: "We are absolutely rammed with bookings, but I'm not sure everyone knows who is working here tonight.
"I'll get them working behind the bar at first and maybe taking out some food.
"It will take them out of their comfort zone."
Two years ago, former FC players Ben Crooks and Danny Tickle joined Lineham for a shift behind the bar.
Mr Thorp said: "They did an impressive job so the pressure is on tonight."
The pub appearance comes days before the Black and Whites face city rivals Hull KR in the annual pre-season derby at the KC Stadium.
The Clive Sullivan Trophy match kicks off on Sunday at 2pm.
