Police are trying to discover who glued front door locks at five homes off Holderness Road in east Hull.
In each case, unknown offenders put glue into the locks, which then had to be repaired or replaced.
Police have today revealed details of the offences, which all happened in Ardmore Close between Christmas Eve and Friday, January 2.
A spokesman for Humberside Police said: "These incidents have caused a great deal of inconvenience to the homeowners over the festive period and police would like to speak to anyone who witnessed the attacks or who have information about who may be responsible at all."
