Several centimetres of snow could fall in parts of East Yorkshire on Sunday, Met Office forecasters say.
The snow is likely to be limited to higher ground in the Wolds and the northern part of the county.
Saturday will be bright, but Hull and the East Riding can expect freezing temperatures at times.
Met Office spokesman Dan Williams said: "Most of the snow will be further north. If there is any, it will be quite light.
"Saturday night will be warmer than Sunday.
"We have got another area of rain just pushing through on Sunday and that should have cleared Hull by the afternoon.
"But behind that there are a few showers and the temperature will dip quite markedly."
