A JURY has retired to consider whether a man is guilty of murdering his partner's son-in-law.
Peter Guy is accused of murdering Jonathan Smith by shooting him with a sawn-off shotgun outside Mr Guy's home in Melton.
He denies murder but has admitted five associated firearms offences.
The jury of eight women and four men retired at Hull Crown Court at 12.13pm.
