Ten garages in the same street were burgled in just one night.
Burglars broke into garages in Havelock Place, Bridlington, between Thursday, November 27, and Friday, November 28.
They stole a black golf bag with green zips, Callaway golf clubs, an Odyssey putter, a black electric golf cart and a Clinker tile cutter from one garage.
Cutting equipment, which is believed to have been used in the burglaries, was found by police.
Now, officers are trying to contact all tenants of the garages.
Detective Constable Simon Marshall, of Bridlington Police Station, said: "Some of the tenants may have been victims without knowing about it.
"We have tried to contact all the tenants, but so far have only managed to make contact with a few.
"It is important that anyone who rents a garage down Havelock Street checks on their property and contact the police if anything has been damaged or stolen."
A 29-year-old Bridlington man was arrested but later released because of a lack of evidence.
Anyone with information should call Humberside Police on 101.
