A casino-themed ball has raised more than £14,000 for the HEY Smile Foundation.
More than 270 people were at the KC Stadium on Saturday for the Red and Black Ball the second the charity has run.
Terrie Oakshott, partnerships manager for the Smile Foundation said everyone had a great night.
She said: "It was a fantastic night, really successful.
"It was a night a bit different from the norm and everyone had a great time.
"Everyone was looking really glamorous in red or black and it was a brilliant night."
The Smile Foundation raises money to give to various charities across Hull and the East Riding.
Miss Oakshott said some of the money from the Red and Black ball would be spent taking a group of looked-after children to Pickering Rail Station next weekend to go on the Santa Special steam train.
