THE Tigers are already being linked with a whole host of players for the upcoming January transfer window, and some of the names linked with the club really excite me.
None more so than Aaron Lennon from Tottenham Hotspur.
When City hosted Spurs last Sunday, I was doing my hospitality role at the KC with my former team-mate Andy Dawson.

But whether Tottenham are willing to let one of their most dangerous players leave is a totally different matter.
Being linked with Darren Fletcher, from yesterday's opponents Manchester United, is a peculiar one for me, because I'm not sure it's a position where necessarily need to recruit any further.
The Tigers have many midfield players who can do the job, even though confidence isn't high at the moment – especially after yesterday's tanking. I just can't see United letting their vice-captain depart.
Speaking as a former forward, City need to target a fear factor up front – someone in the vein of Cardiff striker Kenwyne Jones, even though Bruce isn't his biggest fan.
It's sad to say but I don't believe at present City have any sort of physical presence. The Tigers need a menacing figure to lead from the top, and that's where I think Bruce should target in January.
