Hull KR have officially unveiled their new away shirt for next season, inspired by the City of Culture 2017 logo.
The white shirt which has the logo colours emblazoned across its middle was tonight revealed to an audience of sponsors and fans at Archbishop Sentamu Academy.
Rovers were one of the 20 original 'Business Angels' to financially back Hull's bid for the prestigious title from the start, the only professional sports team in the city to do so.
Martin Green, the chief executive of the city's Culture Company, is charged with delivering 2017 and has praised the club for its innovation.
He said: "We are delighted Hull KR are celebrating Hull's win by adopting the colours of the bid. I look forward to growing a relationship with them."
Rovers chief executive Mike Smith added: "We're very proud with our association to the city. Every time we step out onto that field away from home our players and fans are representing this great city and this kit epitomizes that."
Shirts, priced £45 for adults and £35 for juniors, are go on sale at club shops from 9am on Friday.
