She must pay £85 costs and a £15 victim surcharge.Jacob Avery, 20, of Stornaway Square, east Hull, was fined £325 for damaging the rear windscreen of a Nissan Almera and must pay compensation of £173.72. He was fined £325 for damaging the front offside window of a Mercedes SLK, and must pay compensation of £109.87. He must pay £620 costs and a £32 victim surcharge.Paul Martin, 42, of Cheadle Close, west Hull, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for being drunk and disorderly. He must pay £60 costs and a £15 victim surcharge.Aiden Porteus, 19, of Cranbrook Avenue, north Hull, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for using threatening words or behaviour. He must pay a £15 victim surcharge.Billie Jo Roberts, 35, of Grasby Road, east Hull, must comply with a 12-month community order for stealing two cans of alcohol, worth £4.18, from One Stop shop, stealing £100 of clothing and accessories from Matalan, and failing to surrender to custody. She was fined £40 and must pay £80 compensation for taking a mobility scooter after it was unlawfully taken from its owner and where damage was caused. She must pay £85 costs and a £60 victim surcharge.Rhys Bunce, 19, of Lissett Grove, west Hull, was fined £80 for using threatening words or behaviour and breaching a conditional discharge. He must pay a £20 victim surcharge.Steven Fell, 34, of 19th Avenue, north Hull, was fined £110 for using threatening words or behaviour. There was no separate penalty for damaging a porch window belonging to Hull City Council. He must pay £85 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.Dean Lenney, 42, of Garrick Close, east Hull, was discharged conditionally for three years for assault by beating. He must pay a £15 victim surcharge.
