It wasn't quite the French Alps, but hundreds of families armed with sledges, snowboards and even skis made the most of the snow on Beverley Westwood this weekend.
More heavy snow is predicted tonight and into the early hours, followed by wintry showers and sleet tomorrow.
The Met Office said up to 8cm of snow could fall over East Yorkshire and commuters were warned to allow extra time for journeys on Monday morning.
Temperatures could fall as low as -11C by Thursday.
