An update of people convicted and sentenced in the courts in Hull and the East Riding.Jordan Henrick, 21, of Kingston Street, Goole, was given a 12-week curfew, between 7pm and 7am, for assaulting Lee Shoyer. He was ordered to pay £100 costs and a £60 victim surcharge.Craig Clixby, of Lambwath Court, Bransholme, was fined £600 for keeping an unlicensed car on a public road. He was ordered to pay £169.59 vehicle excise back duty and £90 costs.Michelle Costas, 48, of Church Lane, Dringhoe, near Driffield, was fined £200 for having incorrect car insurance. She was ordered to pay £110 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.Nathan Edmond, of Church Street, Driffield, was fined £133 for keeping an unlicensed car on a public road. He was ordered to pay £21.67 vehicle excise back duty and £90 costs.Nicole Nichturn, 52, of Humberdale Drive, North Ferriby, was fined £133 for having incorrect car insuran- ce. She was ordered to pay £110 costs and a £20 surcharge.Joshua Esberger, 22, of Martongate, Bridlington, was conditionally discharged for 12 months for harassing Mary Pattern while subject to a two-year conditional discharge. He was also fined £50 and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £15 victim surcharge.Jennifer Hunter, 32, of Lomand Road, off Spring Bank West, west Hull, was conditionally discharged for being the owner of a dog that injured Robert Bird while dangerously out of control in a public place. She was ordered to pay £180 compensation, £85 costs and a £15 victim surcharge.Gary Warren, 47, of Windsor Crescent, Bridlington, was given a three-month curfew, between 7pm and 7am, and ordered to complete an alcohol treatment programme for stealing three body-warmers, worth £36, from Discount Fashion Wear and two wall clocks, worth £2, from Goodwins. He was also ordered to pay £85 costs and a £60 surcharge.Gary Billany, 21, of Thompson Avenue, Beverley, was conditionally discharged for 12 months for being drunk and disorderly in a public place. He was ordered to pay £85 costs and a £15 surcharge.
