Hull City have signed Fulham goalkeeper David Stockdale on loan until the end of the season.
The goalkeeper - who enjoyed a successful spell with the Tigers before Christmas - is expected to go straight into tomorrow's squad to face Peterborough.
Stockdale said: "It came as a bit of surprise to everybody here when I was recalled a few weeks ago, but I'm very pleased to be back.
"I can't wait to get going again, and help the club continue in its push for promotion."
Having inspected the London Road pitch this lunchtime, The Posh are hopeful Saturday's game will go ahead as planned. But with more snow forecast this evening, a postponement has not been ruled out.
Peterborough have asked fans to volunteer for clearing snow and another pitch inspection will be held tomorrow morning.
Meanwhile, Steve Bruce has confirmed the Tigers are talking to QPR about a possible move for striker DJ Campbell.
