A bus has crashed into a bungalow in Northgate, Hessle.
Nine people, including the driver, were assessed by paramedics and three suffered minor injuries. One person was taken to hospital for further treatment, Yorkshire Ambulance Service confirmed.
The accident happened shortly after 8am. Witnesses suggested the EYMS bus had swerved around a bin lorry before demolishing a garden wall and hitting the house.
Humberside Fire and Rescue said it was assessing the damage to the house. Police and the ambulance service are also at the scene.
The road is closed. EYMS said its 66 service was being diverted via Northolme Road.
Sarah Fisher, who was on the bus, said: "Luckily everybody seems to be okay. I don't think I'll be getting a bus ever again. Everybody was just in shock."
