Derick Smith, 64, of Brough Road, South Cave, received an eight-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, for four counts of sending false messages by a public electronic communications network to cause annoyance, inconvenience, or unnecessary anxiety to another. He must pay an £80 victim surcharge.
Andrew Talbot, 39, of Navenby Grove, Kingswood, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for causing £300 of damage to a blue Peugeot 407. He must pay £85 costs and a £15 victim surcharge.
Tony Brocklebank, 45, of Chelmsford Close, east Hull, was banned from driving for two years and must do 60 hours of unpaid work for drink-driving. He must pay £85 costs and a £60 victim surcharge.
Levi Holmes, 18, of New George Street, Hull city centre, must do 160 hours of unpaid work and attend 40 hours of an education, employment and training course for supplying cannabis. He must pay £85 costs and a £60 victim surcharge.
Edward Murphy, 20, of Brent Avenue, Longhill, east Hull, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for stealing chocolate bars worth £2.94 from the 99p Store at Kingston Retail Park, west Hull, stealing three jars of coffee and six tins of tuna from Tesco, stealing a bottle of Pepsi and confectionery from Poundland, and stealing a bottle of Armani perfume, worth £66, from Debenhams. He must pay £85 costs and a £15 victim surcharge.
Dominik Kowalewski, 21, of Egypt Street, east Hull, was banned from driving for 15 months and fined £200 for drink-driving. He must pay £85 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.
