An update of people convicted and sentenced in the courts in Hull and the East Riding.Stuart Bingham, 41, of St Paul's Street, west Hull, was discharged conditionally for 12 months and fined £110 for using threatening words or behaviour and breaching a conditional discharge. He must pay £85 costs and a £20 surcharge.Kevin Cutts, 59, of Dover Street, west Hull, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for being drunk and disorderly. He must pay £85 costs and a £15 surcharge.Jamie Goodison, 35, of Brentwood Avenue, Brazil Street, east Hull, was fined £167 for being drunk and disorderly. He must pay £85 costs and a £20 surcharge.Ashley O'Connell, 21, of Hull Road, Withernsea, was discharged conditionally for two years and fined £110 for being drunk and disorderly and for breaching a two-year conditional discharge for criminal damage. He must pay £85 costs and a £15 surcharge.Carolyne Thompson, 55, of Old Hall Road, Sunk Island, was fined £320 and banned from driving for 12 months for drink-driving. She must pay £85 costs and a £20 surcharge.Lee Hampshaw, 40, of North Bar Without, Beverley, was fined £150 and had six points put on his licence for driving without insurance. There was no "totting" disqualification as it would cause "exceptional financial hardship" to Hampshaw and his family. He must pay a £20 surcharge.Michelle Da Silva, 42, of Market Place, Patrington, was fined £200 and had six points put on her licence for driving without insurance. She must pay £85 costs and a £20 surcharge.Luke Green, 34, of no fixed abode, was detained in the courthouse for stealing £14 of men's clothing from Primark.Mandy Larney, 49, of Ormonde Avenue, west Hull, must pay £1,695 compensation for presenting several fraudulent cheques to the Money Shop. She must pay £85 costs.Lewis Biggs, 22. of Davidstow Close, Bransholme, was fined £70 for being drunk and disorderly. He must pay £250 costs.
