Police are appealing for witnesses after a crash and an assault on the Humber Bridge toll road.
A 37-year-old man was travelling in a white Vauxhall Combi van when he was involved in a crash with a white Transit van on the southbound toll road.
The vehicles pulled over and a man got out of the Transit van and allegedly punched the Combi driver twice in the face.
The attacker drove off in the Transit van without exchanging insurance details. He is described as white, in his 40s, about 6ft 2in and slim.
The victim suffered cuts and bruising in the assault, at about 4.30pm on Sunday, August 17.
Witnesses are asked to call police on 101 quoting crime reference number 2063622.
