The shop will open on Monday in North Point Shopping Centre – an area that is often seen filled with fans of rivals Hull KR.
But the Super League outfit is confident the opening of its fourth store in the city will satisfy its fan base across north Hull.
Hull FC chairman Adam Pearson said: "We are always looking at new ways in which we can continue the growth of the club and this is one of a number of new initiatives we have been exploring for 2014 and beyond.
"We have a large number of pass holders in north Hull and have been looking to work with North Point Shopping Centre more closely for some time now.
"It is an unprecedented move for us and probably all other Super League clubs in the fact that we will now have no less than four outlets across the city.
"These include the KC Stadium retail store, Savile Street retail store and the TryPod at St Stephen's shopping centre.
"This ensures all our fans have the best possible access to merchandise ranges and tickets, without having to make long journeys across Hull."
The shop will sell a variety of FC products, such as replica shirts, training gear, rugby balls and badges.
Louise Smith, manager at North Point, said: "We are delighted to fill one of our vacant outlets with a Hull FC shop.
"It will bring life to the centre and it is good news.
"The club picked up their keys last week and are now doing the place up. It will look great."
Bransholme West councillor Phil Webster said: "I am astounded that Hull FC are bringing a shop to Bransholme, which, over the years, has been Hull KR territory.
"However, on the flip side, I am delighted we have another outlet being filled. It will just add to what is already a very vibrant shopping centre."
