A £5,000 reward is being offered for information which leads to the arrest of Bridlington landlady Bei Carter's killer.
The reward is being put forward by Crimestoppers as the hunt for suspect John Heald enters its fifth day.
Mrs Carter, 49, was killed on Friday night at the Morayland Hotel in Marshall Avenue, which she ran with her husband Terry.
Post-mortem results confirmed she died due to a single stab wound to the chest.
About 150 officers are searching for Mr Heald in the Rotherham area. An appeal was also made on the BBC's Crime Watch last night.
Detectives say Mr Heald also goes by the names John King and John Davies.More on this story
