HULL KR co-captain Travis Burns and prop Adam Walker have been charged with Grade A punching by the RFL during their 38-18 defeat to Salford Red Devils.
Tempers flared in the 59th minute at the KC Lightstream Stadium following Tommy Lee's late shoulder charge on Burns.
Referee James Child failed to spot the shoulder charge, leading to players running in for a slice of the action.
However, the disciplinary panel have reviewed the match and charged Burns and Walker with punching, along with Salford's Josh Griffin. All three players have the option of submitting early guilty pleas, enabling them to play in their next respective matches.
Former Hull FC hooker Lee was hit with two charges – the grade A punching and a Grade B shoulder charge, but can only submit an EGP to one of his two charges.
