A JURY has today found Tiffany Clark, Soul Humphries and Samuel Jordan guilty of murdering Hull dad Steven Herbert. Mr Herbert, 34, died from a head injury after being attacked at the junction between Trafalgar Street and Beverley Road, Hull, at about 6am on New Year's Day. Clark, 23, Humphries, 22 and Jordan, 22, had all denied murder but were found guilty at Hull Crown Court this afternoon. There were gasps and sobs from a packed public gallery as the verdicts were read out. All three defendants showed no emotion. As they were led away, Clark turned to her family and said: "I'll be all right." Judge Michael Mettyear, the Honorary Recorder of Hull and the East Riding, said he will sentence them on August 11. Humphries, of Rawcliffe Grove, west Hull, and Jordan, of Yarmouth Avenue, west Hull, were found guilty by a majority of 10 to 2. Clark, of Victor Street, east Hull, was convicted by a majority of 11-1. The jury of ten women and two men spent seven hours and 50 minutes deliberating.
