He must pay £85 costs and a £15 victim surcharge.Lisa Black, 43, of Bernadette Avenue, west Hull, must do 80 hours of unpaid work for failing to notify the Department for Work and Pensions on four separate occasions that she was no longer incapable of work. She must pay £85 costs and a £60 victim surcharge.Alexander Tofton, 20, of Pittsburg House, North Moor Lane, Cottingham, was fined £400 for two counts of assault by beating. He must pay £85 costs and a £40 victim surcharge.Chloe Watts, 20, of Wharfedale Avenue, east Hull, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for using threatening words or behaviour.
