A TAXI driver allegedly kidnapped three young women and demanded they performed sex acts on him after they ran out of money to pay him.
Karl Marson, 35, collected the women outside the Weir Bar, in Hessle, on September 8 and is accused of driving them to a secluded area in Willerby, where he made the demands.
The women had told Mr Marson during the journey they had no money to pay for the lift back to Hull.
They asked if he would consider taking them to their home first, where they hoped to find some more money to pay him.
Mr Marson agreed but it is alleged during the journey he changed his course and drove them along a private track to a waterworks off Blackthorn Lane.
It is claimed he demanded they perform sex acts on him in exchange for taking them home.
Breaking down in tears giving evidence at Hull Crown Court, one of the women told the jury: "I just thought he was taking us home. Then I thought it was odd we were going on grass.
"I asked him where we were going and he didn't respond. Then he stopped the car."
Prosecutor Jason Pitter told the court it was Mr Marson's intention to sexually assault the girls.
Mr Pitter said: "His real intention was to ensure that his sexual desires were satisfied.
"One girl realised something was amiss and asked him what he was doing. He told her he expected to get something in exchange for a free ride home.
"She, of course, refused. She tried to get out but couldn't.
"She was fearing for her life and was deeply distressed and screaming loudly.
"We say the taxi driver had indicated he would take them to their home area at a time when he had in mind to take them to a location where sexual offending was to take place."
The woman giving evidence claimed she managed to unlock the door and woke her friends up, who had both been asleep.
The women claim that as they got out of the taxi Mr Marson punched and pushed one of them, causing her to fall to the floor. He allegedly punched another of them in the face before driving away.
The court heard they had been refused entry to the Weir Bar in Hessle after a night of drinking, prior to calling the taxi.
Mr Marson, of Hull's Tickton Grove, denies three charges of kidnap, committing kidnap with intent to commit a sex offence, assault occasioning actual bodily harm and assault by beating.
The trial continues.
