The road is closed on the A165 near Barmston after a car flipped onto its roof and landed in a ditch.
Humberside Police are currently at the scene where a man and a woman, both in their 60s, are being helped by paramedics.
Their blue Citroen left the road and careered into a ditch, ending on its roof. The couple had to be held out of the car.
Neither person has suffered serious injuries.
