Police are appealing for information after shopping trolleys were set alight at Anlaby Retail Park.
Officers believe youths targeted trolleys outside Marks & Spencer.
PC Andy White, of the neighbourhood policing team, said: "The handles of the shopping trolleys were all set alight. I think some kids are responsible for this and will probably have boasted about what they have done.
"I would like anyone who knows anything about who has done it to give us a call."
