Former England striker Wright was near the Bobby Moore statue with Michael Owen, Rio Ferdinand and Jimmy Bullard for TV interviews.
Jackie, 41, from Barton, said: "I tried to take a picture of Ian Wright on my phone, but I had it on video setting. He grabbed it off me and took a selfie of us both."
Her husband, Steve, 41, said: "It's fantastic. Ian Wright is a lovely guy and sorted the phone for Jackie."
The couple's daughter, Evie, 8, also got in on the act and had her photo taken with Owen.
Steve said: "I've been to the old Wembley once. That was in 1985 to see Hull FC play Wigan, but this is my first time at this stadium. It's brilliant."
FA Cup final day was also a family affair for Steve Payne, 51, his partner Theresa Gilfillan, 47, and her daughter Rebecca, 13.
