Motorists are facing difficult conditions on East Yorkshire roads this afternoon.
The Highways Agency warned drivers to take care because of poor visibility and standing water on routes including the A63.
Some minor roads in the North Cave area have been closed due to flooding.
South Promenade in Hornsea is also affected, where Yorkshire Water is pumping to reduce water levels in the Mere and beck.
The Environment Agency has issued flood warnings for stretches of Holderness Drain and the River Hull.

More heavy rain is expected today and the Met Office has issued a severe weather warning. Properties and low-lying areas are at risk on the south side of Wawne village, at Carlam Hill and at Meaux. A warning also remains in place for farms and properties alongside the River Hull at Watton Carrs, Emmotland, Wansford and Frodingham Bridge. The level of the river fell overnight but some low-lying land in the Driffield area was flooded. Communities along the River Derwent, including Stamford Bridge and Buttercrambe Mill, are also braced for possible flooding. The weather has hit some sporting fixtures. North Ferriby's match against AFC Fylde has been postponed.More to follow.
