HULL FC are facing an injury crisis ahead of Sunday's Challenge Cup semi-final showdown with Warrington.
The Black and Whites will certainly be without centre Ben Crooks, who has been ruled out with a leg injury and looks set to miss the rest of the season.
Although he has not suffered a leg break as feared, coach Peter Gentle says he has been sent for scans and is not expecting his absence to be short term.
At the club's media day today, Gentle also admitted to having major concerns over Richard Horne, who is still wearing a protective boot but should train on Thursday, and Daniel Holdsworth, who sat out training today.
Prop Liam Watts was also sporting a protective boot on his ankle today, with a decision on his fitness also due later in the week.
Winger Tom Briscoe was another to sit out at training today, although he is expected to be fit to face the Wolves.
