What everyone wants to know with new products and techniques is, how does it actually work and will it work for me? This is the perfect opportunity to speak to the people behind the promises. From 11am to 4pm, you will have the chance to speak face-to-face to experts and ask all the questions you've ever wanted to.

Visitors can support local businesses and all of our stallholders will be friendly and willing to help you in a fun and relaxed setting.
There will be more than 30 businesses, each offering advice and promotions.
There will be holistic therapies, counselling and hypnotherapy to help you deal with your demons, whether you want to stop smoking or improve your career.
If you are looking to give your health and fitness a boost, stallholders will be able to advise you on how to get that bikini-ready body and how to tone up safely.
Herbalife will be bringing health and nutrition goodies to aid weight loss, as well as giving you a health overhaul.
Wellness coach at Herbalife, Phillipa Jones, said: "I think food nowadays is less nutritiuous than we think it is, because of mass production and other factors.
"We want to advise people on nutrition and we can also help to improve energy levels, it'll be great to speak to members of the public."
Personal trainers will be showing you how you can improve fitness levels and, if you need a new look, there will be plenty of stalls to guide you on the hottest hairdos and on-trend make-up.
Whether you want to find out more about cosmetic surgery, dental work or just pampering yourself at a spa day, there is something for everybody.
Holderness Laser Clinic will be on hand to offer skincare advice. The clinic will be offering anti-aging and suncare advice.
Managing director Allison Smith said anyone with skin concerns should come along.
"A lot of the time, people buy skin products online or in stores which are not right for their skin and can cause damage," Allison said.
Anyone is welcome to a free skin consultation at the stall, as well as find more information about laser hair removal.
With so many stallholders showcasing their wares, it is the perfect occasion to indulge yourself.
Erlinda Muis, from Erlinda Jet Spa, will be bringing a range of treatments to enable you to let go of the week's stresses and offering tasters of their new body scrub.
"We are going to be bringing a bit of everything to offer pampering so that visitors to our stall begin to appreciate themselves more," Erlinda said.
Stallholders will also be holding demonstrations. , to give you an insight into exactly what they offer.
