A little girl has been taken out of a primary school in Bransholme after her mother claimed she was the victim of bullying.
Carron Taylor, 36, took daughter Ellouise Norman, 8, out of Bude Park Primary School more than two weeks ago because of bullying.
Ms Taylor claims Ellouise had been stabbed with pencils, punched and threatened.
She claimed Ellouise had been "verbally terrorised" at the school in Cookbury Close, Bransholme.
Now, Ms Taylor has been forced to transfer Ellouise to a different school.
But Helen Miller, the head teacher of Bude Park Primary School, said the bullying had been dealt with.
She said: "We can confirm that an incident did occur between Ellouise and another child, but the matter was dealt with swiftly in line with our school policy."
