The body of a woman in her 40s has been recovered from the River Hull.
Police were called shortly after 8am on Tuesday after a woman entered the water at Beverley Beck in Beverley.
Officers retrieved the body from the water at 9.30am near Sutton Road Bridge, Hull.
There are not thought to be any suspicious circumstances and a file is now being prepared for the coroner.
