Shannon McDonnell and Daniel Holdsworth have both been left out of Hull FC's 19-man squad for the Good Friday derby at the KC Stadium.
The full-back and stand-off were both rated as doubtful for the first Super League derby of the year and miss out with a hamstring problem and affects of concussion respectively.
The absence of the duo has seen forwards Jay Pitts and Chris Green promoted back to the official 19-man squad in the only changes to last week's party named for the London game. Pitts did however play in London after replacing McDonnell, who never travelled despite being named in the squad.
Hull KR have made just one change to their squad with prop Adam Walker called up to replace Richard Beaumont.
