AN "OUT of control" teenager has been banned from most of east Hull.
Jimmy Bennett, 15, will face arrest if he enters Longhill, Bilton Grange or Saltshouse Road, Holderness Road and Bellfield Avenue.
He has been banned from the area as part of an antisocial behaviour order (Asbo).
Bennett, of Surrey Garth, west Hull, was given an Asbo in 2011 but it has been extended after he continued to cause problems in east Hull.
PCSO Danielle Calvert, of the East neighbourhood policing team, said: "He has committed a number of offences in these areas and has been causing us a lot of problems.
"We are trying to improve the quality of life for residents who live in this area and, hopefully, this will have a positive impact.
"We also hope it will show Jimmy he can't behave in the manner he has been and, if he does, we will deal with it."
Bennett has been responsible for several shop thefts and vandalism.
PCSO Calvert said: "Another thing he would do was to ride a mini-motorbike up and down Shannon Road.
"The noise and the speed he was going at and the times he was doing it were really causing problems for the residents.
"He would never be wearing a helmet and was often carrying other people on the back of it.
"That behaviour causes the kind of nuisance that makes people's lives a misery."
When the order was made in 2011, antisocial behaviour officer PC Russell Moore described him as being "out of control".
He said: "He is very young, but he has been a very active offender.
"If the opportunity to commit a crime arises, he takes it."
The order was given to him until his 18th birthday.
Bennett's behaviour improved after he moved in with his father, Ian Bennett, and for several months after the initial order was made.
But last year he began causing problems for police and residents in east Hull.
PCSO Calvert said: "After he got the order, he spent a lot of time in west Hull but, last year, he came back to this area and started causing more problems for us.
"It included general antisocial behaviour and things like criminal damage, but also more serious offences.
"They were always in the specific areas he is now banned from, which is why we went back to court to ask for the order to be changed.
"Hopefully these changes to the Asbo will make life easier for the residents."
Anyone who sees Bennett breaching the order should call Humberside Police on 101.

• Being with Rosie Taylor.
• Defacing or daubing graffiti on any property in Hull.
• Carrying any marker pens or spray paint.
• Remaining in any premises when requested to leave.
• Entering Longhill estate, including both sides of Shannon Road, Saltshouse Road, Holderness Road, Bellfield Avenue, Maybury Road and Bilton Grange.
• Causing harassment, alarm or distress.
• The order lasts until his 18th birthday on November 19, 2015.
