A car was attacked with a hammer and had "Dead Men Walking" daubed in red paint across its bonnet.Police were called to Parliament Street, in Goole, at 12.40pm today (Wednesday) after a man was seen using a hammer to punch holes in the car windscreen.
Following a search of the area, a 34-year-old Goole man was arrested.
Witnesses are asked to call 101, quoting log 243 14/01/2015.
