An update of people convicted and sentenced in the courts in Hull and the East Riding.Krzysztof Matuszkiewicz, 53, of Victoria Street, Goole, was conditionally discharged for 12 months for assaulting a woman. He must also pay a £15 victim surcharge.Kirsty Taylor, 33, of 26th Avenue, north Hull, was given a 12-month conditional discharge for stealing several items worth £110 from Kemp's store and resisting arrest while subject to a suspended sentence. She was also ordered to pay £16.99 compensation, £85 costs and a £15 victim surcharge.Jonathan Sean Beasley, 40, of Beverley Road, Hull, was fined £100 for possessing diamorphone while subject to a conditional discharge. He must also pay £85 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.Richard Chamberlain, 25, of Great Thornton Street, west Hull, was given a 12-month community order for stealing a case of San Miguel lager, worth £10, from Tesco and using threatening words or behaviour while subject to a conditional discharge. He was also fined £20, must pay £40 costs and a £60 victim surcharge.Sally Cole, 40, of Gloucester Street, west Hull, was given a six-month conditional discharge for failing to notify the Department for Work and Pensions of changes to her circumstances. She must also pay a £15 victim surcharge.Brian Walter Rowat, 26, of Owthorne Walk, Withernsea, was conditionally discharged for 12 months and ordered to pay £500 compensation after causing £1030 of damage to a tree in Withernsea and damaging a car wing mirror and windscreen, which cost £200 to repair. He must also pay a £15 victim surcharge.Michael Sutton, 28, of Winchester Close, east Hull, was fined £37.99 and ordered to pay £9.99 compensation for stealing after shave from Lloyds Pharmacy. He must also pay £85 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.John Kelley, 52, of Arram Grove, north Hull, was fined £110 for possessing three knives in a public place in Golf Links Road, Cottingham, while subject to a conditional discharge. He must also pay £85 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.
