HULL KR chairman Neil Hudgell refused to be drawn into any discussions regarding Tony Larvin's £5m potential investment into the club.

Speaking at a fans' forum last night, Hudgell said it's up to Larvin to make the next move.

Hudgell revealed the Hull-based businessman wasn't the only potential investor but would not divulge any more details.

"We need to tread carefully," Hudgell said.

"As a club we don't want to say much more than we said in the statement that was released.

"We've had discussions with other potential investors, some of which go further down the line than others. The ball is in the investor's court.

"Our fans have seen and heard quite a bit about this.

"But we like to conclude deals and then talk about them afterwards.

"The club has made our position clear and it would be disadvantageous to discuss it further. We don't want this to be a distraction to continue indefinitely."

A resolution to the potential Larvin investment is expected by January 31.

During the forum, Hudgell revealed season passes were down by 20 per cent.

That would equate to lost revenue of about £300,000.

He also said the club would review Craig Sandercock's contract around Easter time.

The KR coach is into the final year of his two-year deal and Hudgell wants to sit down with Sandercock in three months' time to review his first 18 months in charge.
