An 82-year-old woman from north Hull has been found safe and well, shortly after police launched an urgent missing person's appeal.
Phyllis Hughes, of 1st Avenue, was reported missing by her husband shortly after 4pm today.
Police said they were seriously concerned for Mrs Hughes, who has dementia.
She was last seen by a neighbour, close to the Sainsbury's Local store at the corner of Clough Road and Beverley Road at 3pm.
But a police spokesman confirmed at 6.30pm she had been found safe and well.
