An 81-year-old woman suffered a fractured hip when she was knocked down by a car outside Castle Hill Hospital.
She had got out of the same car, a green Ford Fiesta, just moments before, police said.
Officers are now appealing to anyone who saw the accident, on Thursday at 10.30am, to call them on 101, quoting log 157 of November 27.
