Dean Ness, 30, of Brandsby Grove, east Hull, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for being drunk and disorderly outside his home. He must pay £85 costs and a £15 surcharge.
Lee Hutchinson, 31, of Freetown Court, west Hull, was fined £73 for using threatening words or behaviour towards a police community support officer. He must pay £85 costs and a £20 surcharge.
Robert Taylor, 37, of Hutt Street, west Hull, was jailed for 21 days for stealing four boxes of perfume, worth £84.97, from TK Maxx. He must pay an £80 surcharge.
Dean Swyer, 37, of Rosmead Street, east Hull, was fined £50 and must comply with a 12-month community order for using threatening words or behaviour. He must pay £85 costs and a £60 surcharge.
Stephen Glascott, 43, of Hartsholme Park, Kingswood, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for assault by beating. He was also made subject to a two-year restraining order. He must pay £85 costs and a £15 surcharge.
Hamin Rashed, 30, of Spring Bank, west Hull, was discharged conditionally for two years for using threatening words or behaviour, and two counts of assault by beating. He must pay £85 costs and a £15 surcharge.
Mark Smelt, 32, of Hurley Close, east Hull, was fined £110 and must comply with a 12-month community order for assaulting a constable in the execution of his duty. He must pay £50 compensation, £85 costs and a £60 surcharge.
