HDM Sport on Facebook WITH the likes of Nikica Jelavic and Alex Bruce already on the Hull City treatment table, the last thing Steve Bruce needs is another injury. So the Tigers boss may be a little uneasy to hear who will be turning up in the commentary box at Turf Moor on Saturday. The BBC has announced their commentators for this weekend's fixtures and the apparently cursed Guy Mowbray has been selected to cover City's game with bottom of the table Burnley on Saturday. Mowbray has seen three dislocated shoulders in his last three commentary matches, including Patrick van Aarnholt's injury during Sunderland's win over Crystal Palace last night, as well as seeing Marcos Rojo stretchered off in the Manchester derby. Mowbray is one of the BBC's top talents when it comes to calling football matches, and both Bruce and Sean Dyche will be praying he isn't calling any further injuries on Saturday.Quinn & Co get behind Jakupovic Team-mates have rallied round goalkeeper Eldin Jakupovic after his clanger handed Southampton all three points at the weekend. The Bosnia and Herzegovinan shot-stopper saw his poor clearance fall straight to Victor Wanyama in the third minute of the game, with the Kenyan taking full advantage to open the scoring. It was a tough learning curve for Jakupovic, who was making his first start at the KC Stadium for Hull in the Premier League, after such an impressive display at Anfield to earn the Tigers a 0-0 draw against Liverpool. But after encouraging words from manager Steve Bruce following the mistake, Stephen Quinn has also backed the 30-year-old to come back stronger. Speaking to the Irish Herald, Quinn said: "It's been difficult for Eldin, he's been a long time out as second or third choice keeper and he came in and did ever so well at Liverpool last week. "He's a good keeper, but he made a simple mistake and a lot of the time you can get away with those. I'm sure he will be dejected but he's got to be a man about it and get his head up because it looks like he'll be starting again next week. "You can't dwell on it. He has to look to the next game and try to improve." Diame picks up Tiger's player of the month award In what won't come as a surprise to any Tigers fan, Mo Diame has been named the club's Player of the Month for October. The Senegal international was in scintillating form for Steve Bruce's side, scoring twice as City went through the month unbeaten. The 27-year-old stood out in all three fixtures, opening the scoring at home to Crystal Palace before repeating his goalscoring feat against Arsenal to draw the Tigers level at the Emirates. He ended the month with an assured display in the middle of the park at Anfield against Liverpool, a performance among many others that have led to him being dubbed one of the bargains of the summer.Burnley still struggling for goals ahead of Hull visit Hull's next opponents Burnley have had a tough time in front of goal of late. The Lancashire outfit, currently rooted to the bottom of the table, have only mustered five Premier League goals this season, but have been able to recently welcome back last season's top scorer Danny Ings from injury. However manager Sean Dyche has played down hopes that his partner in crime Sam Vokes could be close to a return from cruciate damage. Speaking to the Burnley Express, Dyche said: "It will be a while still yet (before Vokes is back), we're going to protect him and make sure he's right. "He's fine, he's going really well, he's absolutely on line to be back when he should be back. "They got 40-odd goals so that in itself is a blow for us to take with Ingsy only just getting back in the team."
