Hull City under-18s maintained their 100 per cent start to the Youth Alliance North East Conference season with a resounding 4-1 victory over Mansfield Town on Saturday.
A fifth win on the spin was never in any doubt for Billy Russell's side once Harvey Rodgers and striker Jarrod Bowen pounced inside the opening 15 minutes.
The Stags responded to peg City back through Anthony Dwyer but winger Devonte Morton continued his promising run of form to make it 3-1 before the break.
The prolific Bowen, captured from Hereford in the summer, completed the scoring late on.
City have now won all five of their league fixtures this season, scoring 16 goals in the process.
