The demolition of a landmark building in Hull's Fruit Market has revealed structural and repair issues with a neighbouring property.
Derelict Wellington House at the junction of Wellington Street and Queens Street was demolished by the city council in August after safety concerns were raised about its condition.
It had been earmarked for refurbishment and conversion into flats, until a series of surveys revealed serious instability issues.
Now a new council report says structural and repair problems with neighbouring Pier Court have emerged following the work.
