Hull City defender Alex Bruce has withdrawn from the Northern Ireland squad to face Hungary on Sunday.
Bruce's wife is due to give birth to their second child so he has opted to miss the opening qualifier for Euro 2016 in Budapest.
The 29-year-old has won two caps for Northern Ireland since switching allegiances from the Republic of Ireland two years ago but is yet to feature in a competitive fixture. Bruce's only two games for his country came in friendlies against Malta and Cyprus.
Michael O'Neill's men travel to Hungary this weekend for the first game of Group F as they battle to earn a place in the European Championships in 2016.
