HULL City has said it is working with police after violent clashes followed the team's defeat at Sporting Lokeren.
Tigers fans have criticised the police for "kettling" them and forcing them to pass a pub used by Lokeren supporters, where they were pelted with bottles.
There were reports some fans were injured in the disorder, which Belgian police described as 'riots'.
James Mooney, marketing and communications manager at the club, said: "First and foremost, our priority is to make sure our fans have got home safe and sound and to ask anybody who has been injured to contact the club.
"Our operations team have spoken with the police to try and find out more details about what has happened."
